At GIJC19 Serena contributed also to the \u201cDocumentaries Track\u201d with the panels <a href=\"https:\/\/whova.com\/embedded\/session\/globa_201909\/747140\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How to Finance Your Investigative Documentary<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/whova.com\/embedded\/session\/globa_201909\/747200\/\">Pitching Your Documentary Idea<\/a> and the coaching session <a href=\"https:\/\/whova.com\/embedded\/session\/globa_201909\/747284\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Meet the Mentor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the GIJC19 conference, Serena Tinari was also interviewed by Health Analytics Asia correspondent on Re-Check work, ethics and standards. A conversation that became <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ha-asia.com\/the-problem-with-this-field-health-is-complexity-every-actor-of-this-field-has-an-agenda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a long interview published<\/a> (in English) on the website of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ha-asia.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Health Analytics Asia<\/a>, a flagship project of the Indian digital media company <a href=\"https:\/\/dataleads.co.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DataLEADS<\/a>, which aims at data-driven storytelling and support watchdog journalism, media research and innovations through reporting, training and media development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Serena\u2019s interview focused on Re-Check work at the crossroads between investigative journalism and Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.re-check.ch\/en\/home_en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the methods and standards we use<\/a> to investigate and map health affairs.
